Madobe is a web browser. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising. Nothing about you is sent to us, stored by us or sold. The app never asks who you are.
Only the addresses you type and the pages you visit, sent directly to those websites. If you type something that is not an address, it is sent as a search to the search engine you chose in Settings: DuckDuckGo by default, or Brave Search, Ecosia, Startpage or Google. Nothing is relayed through any server of ours.
Your browsing history (the last 500 pages), your bookmarks, and the tabs you had open so they come back at the next launch. These stay on your device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. Cookies, cache and site data are kept by WebKit, the same engine Safari uses.
Private tabs keep no history, cookies or cache, and are not restored. In Settings you can clear your history and your cookies and website data at any time. Deleting the app removes everything.
Madobe blocks third-party requests to well-known ad and tracking hosts. The rules are built into the app and applied on your device by WebKit. No list is downloaded from us, and nothing is reported back. You can turn it off in Settings.
Every website you open receives your request and handles it under its own privacy policy. Your chosen search engine handles searches under its own policy. We have no relationship with any of them.
Madobe does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy ever changes, the date above changes with it.
